Beyoncé wrapped up her “Cowboy Carter” tour in spectacular fashion with a surprise Destiny’s Child reunion on Saturday night at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The crowd erupted as Beyoncé took the stage alongside former bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, announcing, “Destiny’s Child, b—!” The trio thrilled fans with a medley of their biggest hits, including “Bootylicious” (2001) and “Lose My Breath” (2004), and even performed Beyoncé’s 2022 track “Energy,” complete with the viral “mute challenge.”
This marked the first time Beyoncé had reunited on stage with Rowland and Williams since their Coachella performance in 2018, sending fans into a frenzy online, calling the moment “legendary” and “iconic.” Some fans even speculated about the possibility of a full Destiny’s Child comeback tour.
“If this means Destiny’s Child is touring again, I’ll pay triple the rent — just make it happen,” one fan posted on X.
The final show of the tour was packed with memorable moments, including a performance with “Cowboy Carter” collaborator Shaboozey on their hit “Sweet Honey Buckiin’.” Jay-Z also joined Beyoncé in Vegas to perform their classic “Crazy in Love,” capping the duet with a kiss.
Star power extended into the audience, with Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kerry Washington, Maya Rudolph, and director Paul Thomas Anderson spotted among the crowd. Gayle King shared behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram, writing, “Grand opening, grand closing!” in celebration of the tour’s grand finale.
The Destiny’s Child reunion added a historic flair to an already unforgettable tour finish.
