BREAKING: Cardinals Predicted To Trade $260 Million Star To Loaded …..

St. Louis Cardinals veteran infielder Nolan Arenado has been the subject of trade speculation for several months, though nothing has materialized yet. His large contract and full no-trade clause make any potential deal complicated, but that hasn’t stopped the Cardinals from exploring trade possibilities.

Ryan Burks of Sportskeeda recently made a bold prediction that the New York Yankees would acquire Arenado this season. However, there are significant obstacles standing in the way of such a move.

“The New York Yankees need a new third baseman and are expected to be aggressive in June. Nolan Arenado, currently with the Cardinals, would be an ideal addition in New York,” Burks wrote. “Though Arenado would need to waive his no-trade clause, joining a strong Yankees roster could entice him. For bold MLB predictions, this one stands out.”Sep 1, 2024; Bronx, New York, USA; St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado (28) at Yankee Stadium. For starters, Arenado hasn’t shown any willingness to waive his no-trade clause for a move to New York. Without that consent, even if the Yankees and Cardinals agreed on trade terms, nothing can move forward.

Additionally, there hasn’t been any verified interest from the Yankees’ side. Without signs that New York is pursuing Arenado, the speculation lacks substance.

In short, several hurdles would need to be cleared before an Arenado-to-Yankees trade could become a serious possibility.
