Arkansas Still in the Mix

The Razorbacks remain one of Ament’s five finalists, and their 2025 class is making a strong push to land him. Currently ranked as the No. 4 overall player in the country, No. 2 power forward, and the top prospect in Virginia per 247Sports Composite, Ament is the highest-ranked uncommitted player in the class.

So far, head coach John Calipari has secured commitments from five-star Darius Acuff, four-star 6-foot-7 combo guard Isaiah Sealy, and Meleek Thomas. If Ament chooses Arkansas, he would be the first true frontcourt addition to the class—a crucial need with Zvonimir Ivisic and Jonas Aidoo departing. Now, all Razorback fans can do is wait.
