Following a disappointing playoff exit at the hands of the Minnesota Timberwolves in a 4-1 series loss, Golden State was left reflecting on a season filled with missed opportunities—partly due to Stephen Curry’s absence and overall underperformance across the roster. It became clear that changes were necessary.
The arrival of Jimmy Butler provided a spark, leading the team to clinch the seventh seed in the Western Conference. While a core trio of Butler, Curry, and Draymond Green remains solid, the Warriors clearly need an infusion of new talent.
