The Georgia Bulldogs are already making strides with their 2026 recruiting class after securing another impressive haul in 2025. While there’s still a long way to go before early national signing day, Georgia fans can breathe a little easier knowing that one of their top commits is locked in.

Seven Cloud, the No. 1 JUCO prospect in the country, announced on social media Tuesday that he is officially ending his recruitment. He has been committed to Georgia since December.Georgia football DL commit Seven Cloud shuts down his recruitmentCloud had previously visited Florida State unofficially and was expected to take official visits to UNC, Florida State, Georgia, and South Carolina, but those plans may now be off the table following his announcement.

Originally a Georgia commit out of high school in 2021, Cloud went the junior college route and has since developed his game at Butler Community College. Now, he’s preparing to finally suit up for the Bulldogs.

Georgia currently holds seven commitments for the 2026 class, with Cloud as their sole defensive line pledge so far. The most recent addition to the class is safety Kealan Jones, who announced his commitment during the Bulldogs’ spring game on Saturday. Georgia also remains in strong contention for top prospects like quarterback Jared Curtis and offensive tackle Jackson Cantwell.
