Tyrese Proctor wrapped up an impressive three-year stint with Jon Scheyer and the Duke Blue Devils, with his college journey concluding in a narrow 70–67 loss to Houston in the NCAA Tournament Final Four.
During the 2024–25 season, Duke thrived, winning 35 games and securing both the ACC regular season and tournament championships. Now, the 6-foot-6 Australian guard is shifting his focus to a professional career.
As he prepares for the NBA, Proctor is also working to expand his personal brand. On Thursday evening, he announced a new partnership off the court.CAA Basketball shared a photo of Proctor on X, welcoming him with the caption:
“Welcome to the family, @TyreseProctor”
CAA is known for supporting athletes and their families in reaching long-term professional goals. For Proctor, that means positioning himself as a marketable prospect ahead of the June 25 NBA Draft.
According to CAA’s official website:
“Our strong relationships with iconic and emerging brands have allowed us to create record-setting endorsement deals for clients across the agency. As the world’s leading talent agency, we have deep connections across film, television, broadcasting, music, publishing and digital. And through the CAA Foundation and other efforts, we support our clients’ philanthropic and advocacy work.”
Proctor appeared in 106 games during his Duke career. In his final season, he posted averages of 12.4 points and 2.2 assists per game. He tallied seven points in Duke’s Final Four loss to Houston, but his standout moment came in the second round of the tournament, where he scored 25 points against Baylor on March 23.
Earlier this spring, Proctor debuted a noticeably new look, signaling his commitment to preparing for the next level.
Although ESPN’s latest mock draft currently projects him as a second-round pick, Proctor is hoping his efforts—and potential shifts in the draft pool—will help him rise up the board.
