The Seahawks bolstered their defensive line on Thursday by signing defensive tackle Anthony Campbell, an undrafted rookie from the University of Miami.
To clear a spot on the 90-man roster, the team waived defensive tackle DeMeco Roland, who had joined as an undrafted free agent earlier this offseason.Campbell, standing 6-foot-6 and weighing 307 pounds, played two seasons at Louisiana-Monroe before transferring to Miami for his final two collegiate years. His standout season came in 2022 at ULM, where he recorded four tackles for loss, a sack, a pass breakup, and a forced fumble.
Before joining Seattle, Campbell participated in rookie minicamps with the Vikings and Eagles as a tryout player.
