Defensive tackle prospect Cam McGee has officially committed to Arkansas, announcing his decision via social media.
The 6-foot-3, 320-pound standout from Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia, chose the Razorbacks over a lengthy list of offers, including Georgia, South Florida, Michigan, Auburn, South Carolina, Texas A\&M, USC, Miami, LSU, Missouri, Mississippi State, Purdue, and others.McGee took an official visit to Fayetteville the weekend of June 6–8, during which he spoke highly of Arkansas defensive line coach Deke Adams.
“He’s a great D-line coach,” McGee said. “When we went over a few plays, a lot of what he teaches matches what I’ve already been taught. He seems like a really good coach.”
McGee comes from an athletic family—his grandfather, Wil Jones, a native of McGehee, Arkansas, played seven seasons in the old ABA, while his great-uncles Caldwell, Major, and Charles Jones all had careers in the NBA.
Rated as a three-star recruit by On3.com, McGee is now the 20th player to commit to Arkansas’ 2026 recruiting class.
