In a recent interview with team reporter Kainani Stevens, quarterback Trevor Lawrence shared his thoughts on what he’s looking for in a new coach:

“For me, it’s about finding a great leader,” Lawrence said. “Someone who can establish a strong culture and clear identity. I think we need to get back to being a tough, resilient team.”

“As an offensive player, I’d love to have a young, innovative offensive coach to build a lasting system. But ultimately, the most important thing is leadership—someone who can unite the team and inspire players to give their all. Whether that’s an offensive or defensive coach, we just need the best leader for our team.”
